Duplicate ITM in F4101/F4102/F3003

Hi Team,

We are on WS7.3 cum 10 version. We are facing issue where in F4102, somehow duplicate entries got created with duplicate ITM values. Is this something JDE flaw? where through some processes these records getting created? And in such situation is there a way we can correct master data? We also observed in Routing file F3003, can be see two routing records with two different IRKIT no. Can we correct F3003 by keeping only one valid record with valid KIT no?

If there is any oracle document for review which will provide more insight on such situation would be helpful.
