Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there any document lists the difference between Application Release 8.12/ Tools Release 8.96.40 and 9.1/9.2

I'm mainly looking for the differences in Web logic cache clearing and package deployment.
