Security on Account Master/ General Ledger

What is the best way to restrict few users on a single account to view, in a inclusive row security environment ? I hope I can set security on ANI field.

For example, the account 10-1234-56 is salary account and we don't want many finance users to see the content of the account ( mainly F0911 entries).
