End of Year 2024 Phase 3 patch for 12.2 is not available. What happened?

The End of Year 2024 Phase 3 patch release today does not take you to a 12.2 patch. It is linked to a 12.1 patch. If you search for the 12.2 version of this patch it is not listed. Please fix this MOS.
