I have a linux x86 server with 2 database instances

I have a linux x86 server with 2 database instances. I have installed agent_13.5.0.0.0 as I have a number of other databases on other linux servers. I can successfully start the agent but when Im on OEM and try to add target if fails with: Target type Database Instance is not supported on selected monitoring agent Mxxx: Plug-in Deployment/Undeployment on Agent https://xxx/emd/main/ cannot proceed because current status of agent is Agent Unreachable. . {data removed by admin}
Is this an issue with the 2 database instances in the same home? How do I connect OEM to a specific database instance?
