Oracle EBS Forms Freezes When Executing Update in Forms Personalization
Scenario:
I am working with Oracle EBS Forms Personalization in a process that involves three screens:
Screen 1 → Responsible for registering the fiscal document entry.
Screen 2 → Responsible for entering the invoice details.
Screen 3 → Responsible for entering the invoice line details.
Process Flow:
- The user registers the document entry in Screen 1.
- Then, they open Screen 2 to fill in the invoice details.
- Finally, they open Screen 3 to fill in the invoice line details.
To complete the document entry, Screen 1 has an "Approve Document" button, which performs setup validations.
