Has Oracle PeopleSoft provided a fix for Printing 1095Cs to exclude those w/Min Essential Coverage?

From the Paperwork Burden Act as discussed below, has Oracle PeopleSoft provided anything to exclude those employees who have Minimal Essential Coverage when printing 1095Cs? If we need to only provide the 1095C-s to employees upon their request or to those who don't have have the minimal essential coverage, is there a way to print the forms?

Employers no longer need to send forms for employees who have minimum essential coverage. The employees who do not have minimum essential coverage will require the form sent.

Paperwork Burden Reduction Act

This act modifies provisions under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act so that employers and health insurance providers are no longer required to send tax forms to covered individuals showing proof of minimum essential coverage (1095-B and 1095-C tax forms) unless a form is requested.
