Assistance with ERROR ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

Hello All,

Running Oracle 19.19 (yes I know I need to patch but i dont think it is the problem because it was working before my testing)

CDB/PDB

RHEL8.8

I was doing some testing a few months ago with srvcl and removed and thought I added back the the server. I hadnt had time to get back to it till now so I can say exactly what I did.

What am I missing. Its a test system so I can provide whatever is needed. Im just stumped.

I can ping the ports from other systems.

I can connect as sqlplus / as sysdba
