Siebel Lift Utility (Container Mode) Fails With Error ORA-29283

If someone has faced this problem we appreciate any suggestion. We have same problem as described in Doc ID 2992021.1, however the solution there doesn't give any good direction for us.

We are running the Siebel Lift Utility in Linux and the database is an autonomous database runnig in a dedicated Exadata. We have run the siebel lift before with other environments on the same platforms with succesfull results, however, this time it doesn't want to work even deleted all dump files when rerun the lift (something that have worked before as I mentioned).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
