Change Tax Invoices number

can i change this sequence number from 010*** to 040***

please advise, also I want to make this setup
040.-. for Tax Status Document 0 (Tax Invoice Document), and
041.-. forTax Status Document 1 (Substitute Tax Invoice Document)
