I would like to increase CPU and memory ressources of my engine OLVM VM.

I set up OLVM with a standalone engine and a unique host. I would like to increase CPU and memory ressources of the engine VM. Can I temporarily power off the engine VM to do this operation ? My infrastructure is in Production; Is there a risk that my hosted VMs will crash?
