Navigation from OAS to EBS forms and passing invoice number.

In OAS, I have a report, AR Receipt details there is Invoice Number column where I have an action link that is opening EBS Form. If clicking on Invoice Number link, Oracle EBS Transactions screen is launched, and Transactions Oracle Form is opening.

Transaction forms is opened correctly but the my expectation is to have the invoice number and all the details of the invoice to be auto-populated in opened EBS Forms. So the Invoice Number to be passed via the URL to EBS so that forms to open with the Invoice Number and its details auto populated.

Right now the action link has this URL which is opening the oracle EBS form,
