PO does not retrieve Qty based price breaks from BPA. Why??

Hello,

we are using the Sourcing Module in EBS version 12.2.8.

I created a BPA for an item and added Qty based price breaks.

When I create a PO for the same item, the system is showing the correct BPA based on sourcing rule but does not adjust the price according to qty price breaks.

is this behaviour correct? Any ideas why?
