Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.2.15 Refresh Database Error

we installed Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.2.15, we moved the application from a different server (11.2.8 version installed different server) with lcm. We successfully assigned the dimensions with lcm, but since the Entity size was too large, we uploaded it, but we get an error when refreshing the database and members in the Entity size do not appear in the essbase outline. Which logs should we look at? Also , we increased the NETDELAY and NETRETRYCOUNT parameters in the ESSBASE.CFG file.
