Querying Peak Concurrent Sessions in SBC

Hello,

Can the highest concurrent sessions in the past be queried in an SBC?
I found that after version 9.3p3, there is a "peak-concurrent-license-usage" setting, but I do not use transcoding, so it seems this setting is not applicable.
