More Detailed Explanation why .msg files are not allowed

Hello,

When uploading attachments in E1, my users want to know why .msg files are not allowed. which .msg files are emails saved from outlook. Error "Invalid file extension or file might be corrupted. Please contact your administrator." when trying to attach an email .msg file within the JDE F4311.

 The workaround is to copy and paste information from the .msg file and create a .txt file but my users feel its better to have a .msg file vs .txt for auditing purposes.
