Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. BOM_BO_PUB and EGO_ITEM_PUB as REST webservices are timing out and need to increase the sessiontime?

Hi,

I am able to invoke the process_items and process_bom__2 (multi) methods of BOM_BO_PUB and EGO_ITEM_PUB as REST.

It is processing the data , how ever the request is timed out exactly in 30 sec and not returning any response message.

Could you please let us know how to increase the time out value for for Integrated SOA Gateway
