Is it feasible to trigger an email from RPASCE to users by a RPAS custom/standard button?

Hi all,

I'm working on RPASCE MFP Could Service.

RPASCE Client (JET UI)

RPASCE.24.2.401.2.1.1024.1.202412060334.1640515.197

RPASCE Server

24.2.401.2.2.2389

Application Config (mfpscs)

24.2.401.2.3.2217

We are looking for a solution to trigger an email notification when a certain RPAS custom/standard button is clicked. Unfortunately, it seems it's not out of box feature if I don't overlook anything in the latest configuration guide and administration guide.

Is there any way to achieve this?
