There are some crucial steps missing, which makes it difficult to proceed with the setup.

Could you please provide a detailed, step-by-step procedure for configuring SSO in Oracle APEX with Fusion credentials? Specifically, I am looking for guidance on the following:

  1. How to configure Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) or Oracle Identity Federation (OIF) as the Identity Provider (IdP) for SSO with APEX.
