Siebel 21.2 Migration :: Gateway setup issue

Hi Team,

I am doing migration with Siebel Upgrade from 21.2 to 24.x, the current version, on the AWS cloud Oracle Linux 8 64-bit platform.

Env details:

AWS EC2

DB server OEL 8, CRM application server OEL 8

The steps below are done.

  1. DB clone from existing source 19C version on DB server
  2. CTMS 21.2 Base version is installed on the Appl server.
  3. DB client 19c installed on the app server.
  4. Prerequisite is installed on the CTMS server.
  5. The Siebel console is configured.

6.Setup Gateway is done.

  1. Create Gateway Registry is failed with alert "Unable to Create Registry."
