Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to request a new user to oracle support portal?

We have tried to add a second user to the support portal, but cannot find the way to produce the user request at the portal.

Is there a step by step doc, listing the user request and the admin search for the resquests.
