Where can I find the XML template to customise the PDF payslip?

We need to change a few fields on the PDF payslip - the template is not picking up all the details generated by the IE Legislative Reports Generator.

Where can I find the existing XML template - to copy and amend?

And do I then add this name into the Business Group - XML Code field?
