Project API returns successful but no project got created

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

We are using PA_PROJECT_PUB.EXECUTE_CREATE_PROJECT API to create new EBS R 121.1.3 project. Call completing with return status as successful but no project is getting created but API log showing project id but nothing showing in base tables.
