Websphere upgrade 8.5.5.21 to 9.0.5.14

Hi Team we have linux OS (RHEL 8 64BIT) on ES & web and DS is on Win2019(64bit)

we are planning to upgrade WebSphere upgrade 8.5.5.21 to 9.0.5.14 so would you please guide me how i should plan this activity and what all steps i need to follow for this action.

We have thought approach where we will install fresh WebSphere 9 and then migrate OLD to new so for this what would be steps? please help on it
