An JDE user cannot sign in through F5 Load Balancer but direct links

Hi,

A JDE user (JDE system uses LDAP to authenticate) cannot sign in through F5 Load Balancer link but can sign in through direct server links. I get "Refused to connect" error. Could you please help me?
