How to create Item Instances after ship confirm

Hi All,

I setup follow steps:

  • Mark the finished product as Install base trackeable & Enabled contract coverage (Inventory
  • Define warranty item with warranty period (Inventory)
  • Include warranty item in the Finished Product Bill of Material (BOM)
  • Run requests "Workflow Background Process" (completed) and "Service Contracts Order Processing Program" (completed)

But after ship confirm, no item instances are created.

Please help me know reason.
