Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When updating the reception the Receiving Transaction Processor remains Receiving Transaction Processor is in error with the following message

Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.
