How to capture Degree Confer Dates that fall outside term start and end date when running

We are running the PeopleSoft delivered Process Consolidate Statistics to capture students who graduated as of Fall 2024 but their degree confer date is not entered until the end of January 2025 after faculty and the registrar have entered the graduation data into Academic Program and Academic Degree tables. When we attempt to run Process Consolidate Statistics to capture graduates for Fall 2024 these students are bypassed because the Snapshot Date is greater than the Start/End Dates for the Fall 2024. Any suggestions for resolving this issue so the Fall 2024 graduates will be captured in the Process Consolidate Statistics
