Any challenges I need to look when an Oracle 11g R1 on-prem to 19c on-cloud as pluggable database

Hello -

I need to know the best way and tools and any challenges faced when you migrate from Oracle 11g on-prem (Solaris) to Oracle 19c (Linux) on Cloud.

What would be the best approach to do this and what challenges would I face if anyone knows and faced them?

I already have an idea but I need to know earlier on to see if the approach I am thinking will face any issues.

Will use expdp and imdp.

Your input will be very much appreciated.
