Passwords in Oracle Linux [separate password policies for different users?]

Namely, I have a question regarding user passwords in Oracle Linux.
All passwords are set to have 8 characters and expire in 90 days, however, recently there was a need to set the length to 14 characters for certain accounts and expire in 30 days. Is it possible to set certain passwords to have 14 characters and keep all others at the default values ​​(8 characters)
