Unable to create SR with due to the invalid "Service Type" answer

We are getting "403 Forbidden" for our cloud application and planning to create SR with Oracle. I am having issue for selecting or typing "Service Type". It is aways throwing error and I cannot move forward with the SR creation. It is not listing any types from auto selection or every time when I try to enter. Anyone experiencing similar issue or I am missing something here.
