Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am practicing backup and recovery below.

Manual backup (Hot backup ?)

1.Insert one record into Scott's EMP table

2. Add one record to Scott's EMP table

3. Failure occurs (data file and control file completely lost)

4. Manually recover to state 1

What are the detailed steps to manually recover to after state 1?
