PA W2's have the incorrect PSD balance

After the Q3 patch was applied, our PA PSD balances doubled.

We just found the one-off patch released in late Oct. 2024 for the fix.

It appears to be working fine in 2025 but our question is - why did we not see any communication thru the Payroll community about the issue? Or do 3 of us miss it? We all follow the Payroll & OTL thread.

I cannot find the bug number for the one-off patch listed in subsequent patches. How were we to know that there was a fix for it? Our payroll dept. now has 3500+ W2c's to re-issue.
