Asset Acquisition Detail Amounts Incorrect & Duplicated

Current Tools Version: 8.60.08 | Windows 2019 Server | SQL Server 2019

We ran the interface to set up a new asset from a PO. The PO used two accounts lines (1- for 281954.95, 2 - for 41945.05) totaling $323900 to purchase the item. But we want only one one Acquisition Details line for the total amount to track depreciation. However, we have FOUR lines -in the above amounts TWICE. How can we delete the incorrect lines, and set it up so Peoplesoft depreciates the item on one line with the starting total of $323900? And how and why did we get duplicates lines? See below.
