Can we do an Inventory Miscellaneous Issue with same Exchange Rate that the item was entered?

Hi Inventory Team,

I need your help on the following situation:

Following screenshot, you can see a transaction in USD currency. This transaction type (PO Receipt) was entered with a Exchange Rate = 222.0065, Exchange Date = 02-MAY-2023

Months later a Project Issue was done where the Exchange Rate increased significantly.

Following screenshot shows one the the Miscellaneous issue transaction type and the Exchange rate was = 1018.20 base on the Exchange Date= 16-DEC-2024.

My question here is if somehow, we can specify that the Exchange Rate be same as the Exchange Rate when the Item was entered (PO Receipt).
