How to obtain my subscription id?

Hi, teams

I am a subscription of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance user. Lately, my user wanted to create a My Oracle Support login user. After registered her information, she got a verified email, when she clicked on the link. The system wanted her to input the following information:

May I know how to obtain Subscription ID? According to the document, it said is from Welcome Letter, but I do not have that letter.
