How do you force an update of the Agent Operating System Agent Username?

We are currently on OEM 13.5RU24. We were finding that some of our windows agents were not working as expected when trying to leverage the job engine to run scrips on a central server. Upon further investigation we found that some of the agents were running under SYSTEM instead of a named active directory user account and could not access the windows share with these credentials. To help track down the issue, we created a compliance rule to find the outliers.

Now after updating the service account, the OEM console still shows the account as "SYSTEM". If we run "emctl status agent", after restarting the agent, it now shows the correct service account.
