Restricting Project Access within a Workspace in Oracle Primavera Cloud

I am working on user administration in Oracle Primavera Cloud, and I would like to know if it is possible to restrict project access at the Workspace level.

Here is my concern:

• I understand that within the same Workspace, it is possible to assign different permissions. For example, one user can have edit rights on a project, while another only has view-only rights. However, all users can still see the entire list of projects within the Workspace, even if they have limited rights.
• What I would like to achieve is the following: within the same Workspace, some users should be able to see all projects, while others should only see a subset of projects (some projects should be completely hidden from them).
