Number format in template comma(,) and dot(.) are displayed wrong as 'u' and 'n'

Hi all,

Number format in template comma(,) and dot(.) are displayed wrong as 'u' and 'n' when report is generated. Can anyone tell me how to fix this for all users? Do I need to update the template with a different number format or is something else missing?

Current format : <?format-number:AMT_DUE_REMAINING;'999G999D99'?>
