WO Operation Start/End Date - Update using Business Function

Hi - I'm new to this forum and fairly new to JDE.
We're undergoing a JDE implementation.
I was tasked with finding out some info and code examples for implementing JDE BFs into our custom apps (written in C#).
I'm looking for a BF that would allow me to update Operation's Start/End Date.
Would someone give me a hand with finding out what BF to call?
JDE version is 9.2
