ABBR - calculated base if no ABBR

Base Ben - Psoft 9.2:

How does pay calc determine the calculated base for an EE benefit deduction if the ABBR is blank?

Example: EE has a Compensation rate of 155,465 on job data but their calculated base for the DI deduction is 155,000. (Our ABBR rules are setup to round up to the nearest 250) but if there isnt an ABBR how does it determine the calc?
