Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Questions Regarding Bug 34637351 Patch and Release Update Compatibility

I have reviewed the documentation regarding the patch for Bug 34637351. I have two questions:

Bug 34637351 - AUTO_STATS_ADVISOR_TASK Data Does Not Purge in PDB (Doc ID 34637351.8)

The document states:
“The fix for 34637351 is first included in 19.21.0.0.231017 (October 2023) DB Release Update (DB RU)”.

To address this issue with a version as close as possible to the current one, would it be correct to apply the RU mentioned above?
Is there an individual patch available specifically for Bug 34637351, apart from applying the RU?
