Where do you setup Recall Classifications in R12.2.13

I am unable to find a reference to where to setup Recall Classifications. It appears there are three generic Seeded Values "Class 1", "Class 2", and "Class 3". We'd like to be able to define user defined values that have business context and meaning applicable to the Client. This was not found in the Implementation or User Guide. The User Guide references that you can populate them when defining the Recall but doesn't provide the navigation with where to setup the values.
