UPK: Troubleshooting why Administrator cannot connect to Multi-user Library
This question is in reference to a connection issue between the UPK Multi-user Library and a UPK Administrator with UPK version 12.1.0.45260 w/ Service Pack 12.1.0.5 installed on the user's company laptop.
We are trying to troubleshoot an issue with reconnecting the UPK Administrator to the multi-user Library. We have not been able to find articles or posts on this issue. We hope to hear from Community members who may know of articles or have ideas or suggestions that may point us to a solution. Thanks in advance.
Additional background:
— In late 2024, prior to UPK Administrator archiving current materials, the technical team began the process to retire UPK at this organization.
