Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I received the following when running my opatch check against an existing Oracle installation:

Following patches have conflicts. Please contact Oracle Support and get the merged patch of the patches :
37239736, 37260974

This is from an Oracle 19.25 installation running on Linux x86-64.
