My W-2 batch is going to zombie status

My last company and it is the largest, it has 1642 forms to print and it is going to Zombie, we have updated the Large Job Kernel in the JVM Configuration and that did nothing for it. We are on 9.2 update 22 tools 9.2.6.4 and 64 bit. I know all my BIP is set up because we have already printed 5000 W-2's in smaller batches. We had one company that has 1300 forms and it processed fine but this one with 1642 goes to zombie. I opened a Oracle ticket severity 2 on Monday and
