Error in installation of Primavera P6 EPPM

Version 24.12.0.0

During installation of the Database, following the instructions provided by Oracle, I receive an error at the "Create remaining database objects" step. "Error in Run SQL Script sspm_settings.sql: DatabaseToolException (The FILESTREAM filegroup 'PMDB_fs_files' has no files assigned to it. FILESTREAM data cannot be populated on this filegroup until a file is added.)"

My issue lies in, the filestream filegroup would not be created until the database is created which is done by this database creation wizard. How would I go about adding files to the file group so the database wizard completes the remaining steps and I can move forward?
