we have ebs r12.2 with oracle rac 19c as a production i am trying to clone it to ebs 12.2 with single oracle db 19c

I follwoed the following 

$ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/scripts/$CONTEXT_NAME perl adpreclone.pl dbTier < pws -- Apps/ m3gop5436 --srv hr dbprod
tar -cvf dbhome_hr_28jan25.tar db_19c & --srv hr dbprod
rsync -avz /u01/app/oracle/product/dbhome_hr_28jan25.tar oracle@10.13.65.71:/backup/tar --srv hr dbprod
rsync -avz /unfs/oracle/HR/Backups/RmanBackup/Full20250127 oracle@10.13.65.71:/backup/rman/ --srv hr dbprod

$ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME perl adpreclone.pl appsTier < pws -- apps/m3gop5436 WebLogic/ q109ecAru --srv hr appprod
