GRNI: Purchase Orders Written Off and Finally Closed

iProcurement SQL query:

Please share a SQL query where I can check PO's status with Status "Written off" or "Finally closed" and when and who was it done by, thanks.

Second question is there to do the write off and the final close in the back-end? Currently using the Form data loader in the front end to close 4000 lines!
