Payroll - Deduction for Secure 2.0 Section 109 - pretax eligibility

Q. What is the expectation for New hires related to the EIT for the new US Pretax Eligilbity that affects 457 deductions? We are changing the default to Yes for 2025 until Section 603 is in place, for all existing employees. Is there a systematic what to update the EIT upon new hire during 2025?
